Cancellation by Client: Clients may cancel their services at any time by providing written notice via email or through their account dashboard. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Cancellation by Company: We reserve the right to cancel services at any time, with or without notice, in cases of breach of terms, misuse of services, or any activity deemed harmful or illegal.
3. Refund Policy
Initial Setup Fees: Initial setup fees for services such as SEO setup, website audits, or campaign setup are non-refundable.
Monthly Services: For monthly subscription services (e.g., SEO, PPC, Social Media Management):
Within 3 Days of Payment: A full refund will be issued if cancellation occurs within 3 days of payment, provided that no significant work has been completed.
After 3 Days of Payment: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 3 days of payment.
One-Time Services: Payments for one-time services (e.g., content creation, website design) are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
Performance Guarantees: Our services are provided on a best-effort basis, and we do not offer performance guarantees or refunds based on the outcomes of our services unless explicitly stated in a contract.
4. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
Technical Issues: If a service is not delivered due to technical issues on our end, we will either offer a refund or extend the service period.
Project-Specific Agreements: Custom agreements or contracts may include specific terms for refunds and cancellations which will supersede the general policy outlined here.
5. Refund Process
Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, clients must contact our support team with their service details and reason for the request.
Refund Approval: All refund requests will be reviewed within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days after approval.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
